Who are you? We are Omer and Hofit, web and graphic designers from Amsterdam, Holland. Truth is we are just regular couple / poker amateurs / Photoshop addicts, designing "for the drawer”. After a few years of designing just for ourselves, we decided to take it a step further, and so we teamed up with Spreadshirt to start this US based store.
Who is Spreadshirt? Spreadshirt is our vendor partner. While we design the shirts and run the site, the guys at Spreadshirt actually print the shirts and fulfill our orders. This partnership allows us to focus on the content and let the pros do what they do best.
Who manufactures these shirts, and how do you print on them? We offer several types of shirts (like American Apparel, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan), and we use various printing methods for different types of designs to get the best final result.
On each product page, you can find specific information about the printing, care instructions, and shirt description.
Ironing: also inside-out, at medium heat, without steam (avoid ironing shirts with multiple designs to prevent them from sticking together).
Cleaning: do not dry clean.
What size is right for me? On each product page you'll see a "size chart" link, just click on it and a popup window will appear with sizing information about that particular shirt style.
How much do these shirts cost? Since the cost varies depending on the style, all you got to do is click on a design, and you'll see the price right away – the shirts’ prices range from $16 to $22.
What about discounts? Returning customer? Send us a photo of yourself wearing one of our tees, and we'll send you a coupon (by email) for $5 off your next purchase.
Another option is to wait for a sale - Sometimes it's free shipping, sometimes it's a percentage off.

What methods of payment are available? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diner's Club, American Express and PayPal. We also take debit and check cards as long as they are associated with a major credit company like the ones listed above. Payment with check or money order is also possible. Once payment has been received, your order will be sent to production.
How do I track my order? All order tracking is done through Spreadshirt, our vendor partner. Orders can be tracked by logging into Spreadshirt and using the order tracking system, or by following the order confirmation links in your purchase confirmation e-mail.
What is your return policy? Every product ordered at poker t-shirt club is a unique item created just for you.
Each shirt is printed on demand and made to order - this is what separates us from more traditional clothing manufactures, and this is why returned goods cannot be returned to the shelf and sold on to the next customer.
However, because we want you to love what you order, we will take (almost) anything back.
Promise
If we make a mistake (e.g. printing error), we will take back the item and refund your money. Alternatively, we will send you a new accurately-printed shirt.
We will usually also take shirts back that do not fit, or that you simply do not like for whatever reason.
But in order for us to keep this promise, you have to help us (and here is the small print, displayed big).
Do not create bulk orders without doing a test run first.
If you are unsure about size, cut, color or printing technique - make a test order! Returns because you "don`t like it" just apply to single shirts,
not to bulk orders.
Check your order’s e-mail confirmation immediately.
If you have noticed a spelling error or have picked the wrong design, follow the link in the order confirmation e-mail and cancel the order immediately.
You can then retrieve your order under "My Orders" and make the necessary changes.
Order as soon as possible if your order is designed for a specific date.
We are fast, but we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive at your door the very next day. Sometimes there can be delays due to design problems or the product not being in stock. We cannot accept a shirt being a day late for your grandmother’s birthday as a reason for return.
Of course, if you have selected the express option (which adds an additional cost) your order will be guaranteed to be with you by the promised date.

Is this site secure? In order to insure the safety of your payment transactions, Spreadshirt uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate from Equifax to encrypt all transmitted data.
